Flights of Fancy in Watercolor!

Good morning!

Last night we had a fabulously colorful good time in our watercolor workshop! We had such a lovely time with cocoa and tea, laughter, paint and friendly chatter!

Each of the ladies in the workshop created two different watercolor pieces: one to cut up and make into birds and the other as a fun and fanciful background. Colors and vibrancy were the name of the game in our workshop! And we created some pretty wonderful textures on our watercolor backgrounds using simple supplies like salt and bubble wrap.

It’s amazing how each person had the same project but all turned out completely different!

I just adore these little birdies! Aren’t they sweet?
