SHIPPING AND PAYMENTS

Items are generally shipped out 2-3 days after payment is received. Shipping is generally through USPS however I can ship using Fed Ex or UPS. If you need your item faster, I would be happy to expedite them for an additional charge (I do try and estimate the shipping charges correctly and if I make an error, I will issue a refund).

I am proud to offer all my buyers COMPLIMENTARY GIFT WRAPPING. Please just let me know if you'll need your item gift wrapped and I will be happy to accommodate you and your gift giving! Custom orders will take additional preparation and shipping time. Contact me if you require a custom order.

RETURN POLICY

All of my art pieces are carefully packaged to arrive at your doorstep in fine condition. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it within 15 days for a full refund. Return shipping costs and packaging are the responsibility of the buyer. There is no restocking fee for returns.

Also, all digital downloads and digital items (including classes) are non-refundable.
