Orders ship in 2–3 days after payment, usually via USPS. Expedite options are available.

Can I request a custom art piece?

Yes! Custom colors, themes, and pieces in Glimmerbug’s signature style can be requested.

What is the return policy?

Art pieces can be returned within 15 days for a full refund. Returned items must be in pristine condition with no damage. Custom art pieces are non-refundable. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Digital items and classes are non-refundable.

Is gift wrapping available?

Complimentary gift wrapping is available upon request.

Are there online and in-person art classes?

Glimmerbug Handmade Art offers both online and in-studio classes (studio located in Harvard, MA) welcoming all skill levels.

What supplies do I need for classes?

Classes are designed to use cost-effective, accessible supplies, with guidance provided for beginners. A supply list is provided for all classes (both online and in person). Please do not purchase supplies that are not budget friendly.
