Having your own creative outlet is a vital cornerstone of holistic well-being and personal fulfillment. It serves as a sanctuary where thoughts and emotions find expression, transcending the boundaries of daily life. This channel for self-expression is a powerful means of understanding and articulating one's inner world. Through a creative outlet, individuals navigate the complexities of their emotions, cultivate a deeper sense of self-awareness, and unleash their unique perspectives onto the canvas of existence. It becomes a refuge, providing solace during challenging times and a source of boundless joy during moments of triumph. Moreover, a personal creative outlet sparks innovation, fuels curiosity, and nurtures resilience, fostering a resilient spirit that navigates the ebb and flow of life with grace. It is a testament to the human spirit's capacity for beauty, imagination, and limitless potential. In essence, having a creative outlet is not just a choice; it is an investment in one's well-being, a celebration of individuality, and a perpetual journey toward self-discovery.

Creating this Morning Creative Practice Journal has really helped me start off the day on a positive note, by staying organized, productive and reminding myself regularly that I've got a lot of great things about me that I need to remember. Sometimes it can be hard to think wonderful things about yourself. Looking at life as "glass half full" instead of "glass half empty" really has been my motto in life.

Print Out Your Journal
Printing out this journal and keeping it close to your creative space will help you plan out your day. I print mine out on just plain old white printer paper. I also add in a few extra plain pages here and there for doodling, notes, ideas, etc. Feel free to do that too! You'll be able to print this Morning Creative Practice Journal as often as you like. And if you want to add it to a 3 ring binder or simply staple it, that's up to you. Just an FYI, I keep mine stapled.

Printables
Throughout your Morning Creative Practice Journal, you'll see a few pages that you can print out to use in your own artwork. Positive statements, affirmations and quotes are great to use when you're journaling, collaging or card making. Print these pages out again and again to use for your own creative projects.

Overall, this is a really special tool for a really special YOU! And I hope you are able to get as much out of it as I do each and every day!

Get organized. Get focused. Get in your “ME” time!
