Watercolor Poppies Workshop

Last night we had another wonderful time in our art studio. Lots of laughs and stories as we painted various colored watercolor poppies. And I must say the results were just spectacular!

From the variation in colors to all of the expression and free flowing splatter, the ladies last night truly outdid themselves! And what’s really great about learning how to paint these loose watercolor poppies: You can use these as a base to paint pretty much any flower you want! So as they headed out the door, they were chatting about sunflowers, poinsettias, peonies, rudebeckia and loads more! I think they felt inspired for sure!
